About Sarah Frank Jarvis

I strive to help my clients make desired changes in their lives. I specialize in working with recovery from substance and process addictions, co-occurring disorders, and blocks to productivity. I incorporate art therapy for both creatively-inclined and artistically-inexperienced individuals in addition to mindfulness-based practices, cognitive-behavior therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients rediscover their potential, increase insight into problematic patterns, gain access to supportive resources, and establish long-lasting habits that promote self awareness and growth.
